Liabilities from Article 5.c of the Public Procurement Act
With regard to Article 5.c of the Public Procurement Act (Official Gazette / Narodne novine No. 110/07, 125/08) it is hereby confirmed that the Dean of the Faculty of Maritime Studies does not perform any managerial tasks nor she has any stake in business, shares or other rights which would entitle her to participate in the capital or management of any business entity with more than 20%; therefore the Faculty as a public purchaser can make public procurement contracts with any business entity in terms of Article 5.c of the Act.
Notice on Conflict of Interest Prevention
In accordance with Article 13 Paragraph 9 alinea 1 of the Public Procurement Act (Official Gazette / Narodne novine No. 90/11) and based on the statements on the absence of conflicts of interest between business dealings and the purchaser's representatives, it is hereby declared that the Faculty of Maritime Studies in Split as a public purchaser can make public procurement contracts with any business entity in terms of Article 13 of the Act.
