New term for Special Education Program for Seafarers

The classes in the Special Education Program for the certification of seafarers will start on 6 April 2020.

 Both cycles – for deck officers and marine engineer officers – will be performed provided that there are enough applicants per cycle.

 As the program is exempted from VAT, the fee is now 52,000.00 kn.
